What kind of apparel do you offer?

Do you have clothing for both men and women?

Yes! Our apparel is unisex and designed to look great on everyone. We offer a variety of sizes and fits so you can find what’s best for you.

ORDERS, RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding, so stay tuned!

What's your return policy?

Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it free of charge! Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

    How do I request a return or refund?

    Email us at support@faithewear.shop with: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We aim to respond within 24 hours with next steps!

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Once we confirm the issue, refunds are processed within 7 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

    How long does shipping take?

    Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, shipping times are:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business day

    You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships!

    Do you offer Free Shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

    Why did my order come in multiple packages?

    To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship some separately based on production timing. Don’t worry—you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment via email.

    Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Please contact us immediately at support@faithewear.shop if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if production hasn’t started—typically within 24 hours of ordering.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club debit cards, Diners Club credit cards, and PayPal for secure and easy transactions.

    Will I get a tracking number for my order?

    Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
